Anxiety Disorder Research
The Japanese Society of Anxiety and Related Disorders (JSARD) publishes “Anxiety Disorder Research” as its official journal. Since its launch in 2009, the journal has published original and innovative articles that contribute to the advancement of understanding, assessment, treatment/intervention, and prevention of anxiety disorders and related conditions. In 2014, the Japanese title of the journal was changed from “Fuan Shōgai Kenkyū” to “Fuan Shō Kenkyū” following revisions to the official Japanese translations of diagnostic terms introduced with DSM-5. Beginning in 2026, while maintaining its bilingual format (Japanese and English), the journal unified its title under the English name “Anxiety Disorder Research” in order to encourage the active submission of manuscripts written in English. Japanese-language manuscripts will continue to be welcomed as before.
日本不安症学会は、機関誌として「Anxiety Disorder Research」を発行しています。2009年の創刊以来、不安症および関連疾患・症状に関する理解、アセスメント、治療・介入、予防の発展に資する、独創的かつ革新的な重要論文を掲載してきました。 本誌は、DSM-5における日本語の翻訳病名変更を受け、2014年に日本語誌名を「不安障害研究」から「不安症研究」へ変更しました。 そして2026年からは、英語論文の積極的な投稿を促進することを目的として、和英混合誌の形態を維持しつつ、雑誌名を「Anxiety Disorder Research」に統一しました。 なお、従来どおり日本語論文の投稿も受け付けます。

Aims and Scope（目的と範囲）
Anxiety Disorder Research is the official peer-reviewed, open-access scientific journal of the Japanese Society of Anxiety and Related Disorders (JSARD).
Anxiety Disorder Research は、日本不安症学会が発行する査読付きのオープンアクセス学術誌である。
The purpose of Anxiety Disorder Research is to publish important, original, and innovative articles that advance the understanding, assessment, treatment/intervention, and prevention of anxiety disorders and related conditions. Topics of interest include behavioral, cognitive, and biological assessments; diagnosis and classification; neuroscience and genetics; sociocultural factors; mechanisms and comorbidities; epidemiology; psychosocial and psychopharmacological treatments/interventions; prevention; implementation science; theoretical developments; and policy.
Anxiety Disorder Researchの目的は、不安症および関連疾患・症状についての理解、アセスメント、治療・介入、予防の発展に資する独創的かつ革新的な重要論文を掲載することである。 対象とする主なテーマには、行動的・認知的・生物学的評価、診断と分類、神経科学および遺伝学、社会文化的要因、機序と併存症、疫学、心理社会的および精神薬理学的治療・介入、予防、実装科学、理論的発展、政策などが含まれる。
The journal provides an international platform for interdisciplinary scholarship and professional exchange, and also accepts manuscripts written in Japanese.
本誌は、学際的な学術交流のための国際的なプラットフォームを提供するが、日本語による投稿も受け付けている。

すべての日本語原稿は、最新版のPublication Manual of the American Psychological Association (APA) のスタイルに従って作成するものとする。
As this journal employs a single-blind peer review process, it is not necessary to conceal any information that could identify the authors in the submitted files.
本誌はシングル・ブラインド方式の査読を採用しているため、投稿ファイル内の著者を特定しうる情報をマスクする必要はない。
